Aerospike Database is a distributed, real-time NoSQL database built for applications that demand massive scale, ultra-low latency, and high availability. I was hired to establish design culture at Aerospike, elevate the visual brand, and overhaul the web experience.

When I joined, Aerospike had no design team, so we unified design across the company and created Design Studio, a group spanning brand design, product design, and front-end engineering. We standardized our design systems for web, product, social and video, which lifted output while holding the brand steady across channels. Together we established a design culture and carried a consistent visual brand across every touchpoint: social, web, video, and product.
